Losing Lady for Life!
Yo-yo dieting is something that people commonly hear about whenever a talk show host talks to you about weight loss. I know the term just because i'm sure i've heard it a couple of dozens of times...but I never pertained the term to myself. Just recently I realized that is what I do. I diet and lose weight (never enough) and then I have a set back, give up and gain all the weight back and MORE and then start again. I know the term just because i'm sure i've heard it a couple of dozens of times...but I never pertained the term to myself. Just recently I realized that is what I do. I diet and lose weight (never enough) and then I have a set back, give up and gain all the weight back and MORE and then start again. I need to put an end to this cycle and I'm hoping by recognizing what i'm doing and going public with it (LOL) that I'll own up to myself a bit more. I'm here for the long haul!
