    I see you have high blood pressure. Mine is slowly coming down. I'm about 125/80 most of the time. I have type 2 diabetes and it's getting closer to insulin for me. I am determined to beat all this. Rest assured that on SP you have friends who know what it's like and can feel your pain as well as your triumphs.

    I see in your HowdyDo above that your BP is 160/105 "half what it should be". After I had lost my first 30 pounds or so and I was still on BP meds, mine dropped to 80/45. Please, don't let it go that low with out seeing a doctor. Hypotension is sneakier than hyper tension. It puts you gently to sleep before it kills you.
