hi, my name is Kathy. I'm 47 years old, married and a stay at home mother of 2 aged 11 and 14.
My current weight is 112kg (247lbs) and I'm 4 foot 9 and a half.
My dr has entered me in a program for people who have high risk factors for developing type 2 diabetes. At yesterday's health assesment my blood pressure was 160/105. I tried saying that I'm extremely anxious, but I have to face the facts that I'm double what I should weigh, and I need to do something about it.
The only exercise I get is when I'm at school volunteering, but that's only light...I'm a huge TV fan and a couch potato
I need all the help I can get cause I have NO motivation
lose weight, lower blood pressure, feel better, be stronger
WII fit, follow the low soduim diet plan, walk, play with the children more
