Starting over! :D

I'm a housewife and mother of two girls, we live in Tunisia. I lost 20 kg's using My Fitnesspal & later on Sparkpeople, unfortunately due to laziness I gained almost all of it back.

My main reason for wanting to reach a healthy BMI is that I have a neurological disorder and anxiety, which basically means that I have a LOT of spasms and fasciculations, mainly in my legs and feet, which makes exercising a challenge. At the start of my journey the first time I lost weight (2011-2012) ...

My main reason for wanting to reach a healthy BMI is that I have a neurological disorder and anxiety, which basically means that I have a LOT of spasms and fasciculations, mainly in my legs and feet, which makes exercising a challenge. At the start of my journey the first time I lost weight (2011-2012) I could barely take walks because even wearing shoes would trigger foot cramps. Now I'm a lot better, I actually managed to get to the point were I could not only walk but also do shorter aérobics videos. I fulfilled my dream of getting back up in the saddle again after not riding horses for about 15 years.

Then I had some down periods, when I was downright lazy and didn't care anymore. Now, here I am, back at the "obese" BMI. Sad but true.

This time around I'm going to make some changes.

- No big time ideal goals. I'm doing this to feel better, that's all. Not for something I may or may not do in the future. I'm living HERE and NOW.

- Don't chase them points! Lol! I got obsessed with collecting points here more than actually logging and enjoying myself. This time, I shall not care. ;)

- No hating myself, EVER.

- I'm going to remind myself that I DESERVE THIS. I'm worth the struggle!

TASNIM2014 Good morning! "Ouch"-day today for me but those are less frequent nowadays so I'm happy anyway! Hope everyone is having a GREAT day. :D
