Little bit about me: (:
I am an Aries, through and through. My favorite book is Stargirl. I relate with her character in every way. I am currently studying Public Relations at Brigham Young Univeristy. I am also an Information Security Advisor for a company called INVISUS. My husband Jason is my whole world. He is the most gorgeous, sensitive, intelligent and hilarious guy on the planet. I am a to-do-list and makeup freak! A little bit neurotic, and very outgoing. I love to run; I am incredibly girly, and I am obsessed with Asian culture, earrings, puppies, and good smells. That's me in a nutshell!

MY EATING PLAN:
*Stay prepared! Crystal Light packets and my essential oils for my water. Helps curb my cravings!
*11/15/11- Shooting for 1,200 cals per day. I can have more if I exercise. I track cals and exercise through Loseit.com. I find it easier to let go of fat, carbs, and protein tracking. For now, it is calories in, calories out for me.
*I need to track my nutrition a minimum of 5x per week!
THE REST OF MY PLAN:
- keep my SparkPeople blog updated
- participate in Streaks, read articles, post in forums
- track running progress, cross training intensity and courses, and strength training so I can map my progress (where do I want to do this? phone app?)
NOVEMBER 2011-JANUARY 2012 GOALS:

Winter semester (January-April 2012):
*make all A's and fix past semester transcript errors

*get my car fixed and school paid off

For Summer 2012:

*employ my dance/piano skills
*have my wrist and ambulance bills paid off
For Fall/Winter 2012:
*run a marathon
*get GOOD at snowboarding!
*get my keyboard and begin composing
*Progress pics weekly (12 week Livefit!)
*Macros: 30% carbs/15% fat/55% protein (FAT BURN)
*Fruit and veggies daily!
*Once I meet my goal weight, I will set work out goals (like miles to run, number of races to complete, work out DVD programs, etc.)
Long term, I would like to maintain 130-135. Staying right at 130 I realize is a bit unrealistic for a normal life and my body type in particular.

I actually won a tire flip competition after a local 5k and won 3 months free at nearby Cross Fit. Otherwise you can typically do a monthly fee or you can buy packs. I think it just depends on the box. I love it! Have you done it before or thinking about doing it?

I'm sure you still look great, but ya I totally agree. I found any kind of weight training helps too. I have a love/hate relationship with lunges haha but they really tone up my stomach and muffin top!
I'm good otherwise, so happy for the weekend!
