    I did the Spartan Sprint, Tough Mudder is on the 'To Do' list. emoticon

    I basically signed up for the daily workouts that Spartan races send out and adjusted them. And I did LOADS of cardio and worked on my arm strength. Are you planning on doing one?

    Thanks! The salad is baby spinach, cucumber, grape tomatoes, chickpeas, green bell pepper, red onion, dried cranberries & black olives. The vanilla creme is plain greek yogurt mixed with vanilla extract and cinnamon - sometimes I add a little sweetener like sucanat.
