Shared Food & Fitness Trackers
I started on SparkPeople a couple of years ago and it was a great success. By the end of three months I had lost 30 pounds. However I then found out I was pregant which put an end to the weight loss. So now I'm back, having gained back some of the pounds I lost and am hoping to repeat my success.
I'm 37 years old and have about 40 pounds to lose. I am a mother of three small children, boys aged 10 and 7, and a 5-year-old girl. I have been belly dancing for ten years and I love it. I recommend it to everyone looking for something a little different that is fun and makes you feel sexy. I also started burlesque dancing a few years ago which is so much fun, and so full of attitude!
I also enjoy reading, playing piano, cake decorating, quilting, crocheting, cross-stitching, puzzles and logic problems. And I have to admit to a rather juvenile love of video games :)
And of course I love to eat LOL.
1: To look and feel fabulous in a belly dancing or burlesque costume (nothing says sexy like a spangly bra and sheer skirt LOL)
2: To feel more energized, so I can keep up with my kids
3: To feel sexy, all the time.
Currently starting over. Just trying to track my food, hit some goals for a week or two and drink more water. I learned last time to start slowly!

Things that make it hard for me to lose weight:
1. I love to bake, and I'm good at it. Enough said LOL.
2. I love food, particularly rich food. My favorite is baked ham with cheesy scalloped potatoes. Yum.
3. Most of my hobbies are sedentary - needlework, reading, piano, puzzles, etc.

Hiii!!!!! It's been a long time! Look at your happy smiley baby... awww! I just started up again in the last couple of months, too. I didn't really do anything for a year, and I didn't gain, but I definitely wanted to lose more, so here I am! Back to tracking the portions and logging the calories burned... it makes such a huge difference, right? Anyway, glad to hear from you and I hope you & your family are doing well!
