2010 IS A NEW BEGINNING

I've been overweight my entire life but I have never been as heavy as I am today. I usually start out with a goal and time frame in mind regarding my weight loss. I've noticed that when I do this I set myself up for failure. This time around I have given myself a goal weight but I didn't set a time frame. I believe that the only way I will be successful this time around is to focus solely on becoming a healthier person. What that means for me is to make better food choices and exercise on a regular basis. It's so frustrating to be able to reach almost every goal that I've set for myself but fail at loosing weight. I am determined to make better choices in all aspects of especially my health. It's almost a new year for us all and it's a new beginning for me.

My goal is to become healthier person and teach my children how to be healthy.

Make healthy food choices and exercise atleast 3-4 days a week to start.

I"m the proud mother of four, work full-time, and go to school full-time. I am currently working on my B.S degree in Psychology.

i just read your comment on the biggest loser page, and i say we ALL should call Tuesday evening OUR eveing!!! i dont think its bad at ALL. ive told my husband he is on his own for dinner tonight!.. hee hee... the show is inspirational, and we need it!!! so... 8 oclock...hurry hurry hurry!!!!
