A fresh start for springtime......

Hello! My name is Taryn. I am 21 years old, going on 22. I have been pretty average weight all my life however it has fluctuated quite often throughout the last several years especially a few months prior to getting pregnant and after having my 2 year old son Riley. I feel blessed to be about the same size I was in high school now, but I still got lots of toning to work on and a little extra weight to be lost (about 10lbs). I have managed to gain about 13 pounds since the summertime (2009) ...

I feel blessed to be about the same size I was in high school now, but I still got lots of toning to work on and a little extra weight to be lost (about 10lbs). I have managed to gain about 13 pounds since the summertime (2009) and would like to be back at the weight I was by summer 2010. I am busy busy busy, so working out has been a struggle with trying to get into my routine, but now that spring is coming, I plan on making it work for me and getting a fresh start.

My Goals:
~Lose 10 lbs. by summer 2010

~Limit alcohol consumption to 1x week

~Drink lots of water

~Get at least 30 min. exercise in per day

~Reward for getting down to 120 = new tattoo

My Program:
1200-1400 calorie diet (3 meals + 2 snacks)

Cardio = 30 min/day 5x/week

Strength = 2-3x/week

Personal Information:
I am a single mom of a 2 year old little boy named Riley. I work full-time as an HR Assistant (so I am sitting on my butt most of the day) and going to school part-time for Business.

So did you add the weights to your program??? You will love it. By the end of April you will be posting pix of your guns! Get a good plan set & start flexing in the mirror!
