My Goals:
My goal is to be way more fit than i am and to lose about 20 lbs of body fat

My Program:
I have been counting cal by this site and loseit.com, eating much more fresh fruits and veggies. Ive given up all soda..my vice is Coke and i quit totally. I love any sweets and have been doing my best to limit to very little. I started with a personal trainer at golds gym 3x a week and on my own the other days

Personal Information:
Im from Wa state, born and bred, love the small farm town life. Just moved to OKC and its all i could have ever imagined, we love it. Christian family very involved in our church. We love sports and our entire family plays something. Im a very busy stay at home mamma.

Other Information:
Need lots of motivation..i hate working out most time i need a sport or someone to really push me but when i bought my first ever "mom-suit" for swimming it really gave me a wake up call that i need to shape up NOW

It's Saturday, 9 am PDT and 12 pm EDT.

Only a handful of Butterflies have posted their weight today and you are one of them. That's one thing you can check off your To-Do List. Hurray for that!!
