Hi, there, I saw your blogpost and so wanted to say hi and welcome, it looks like you are a new member to Sparkpeople? I've added you as a Sparkfriend, I hope that is ok.
I'm a 38 year old woman in Canada, and I joined Sparkpeople last summer, lost 20 lbs in the fall, then regained it back plus more? after the december holidays and until mid april this year. Now I'm continuing on my health and wellness journey and so added the new sparkteam which I think is where I saw your blogpost.
Hang in there, you will see weight loss if you just keep doing the positive steps that you are taking. Maybe you need to increase veggies or exercise I'm not sure, but just don't lose hope. Women's weights fluctuate daily due to water retention, sodium intake etc.
You can do it. (me too!)
