My short-term goal is to loose 10 lbs in the next 6 weeks before a reunion of my college roomates.

My long-term goal is to be down to my ideal weight of 135 by my birthday: Sept 10, 2009.

My Program:
Currently working on portion control of healthy, home-cooked meals.

Trying to get to the gym or walk 6 days a week.

Hello! This week is a little crazy for me as I am visiting family and then having my brother come visit for a few days. However I am free Thursday morning until one and Sunday afternoon. Do either work for you?
