TARASGRACE ~ Thank you for your comment on my sparkpage. I have done WW. The first time was in 1999 when they first started the point system. I went ago in 2008 to update my system. They make changes it seems every year. I'm tracking my food (journaling) right now but haven't been counting my points every day. I probably should..would most likely see faster results. For the Holiday Season I'm focusing on maintaining the weight I am at and not gaining. If I loss weight this month it will be a bonus and would love to see it, but I know that it is hard to do at this time of the year.
