My goal is to get back to a comfortable size. I don't have a particular number (spark gave me a #) but I have a goal BMI and tone that I want to achieve. I also want to just live healthier. As I get older I am clearer about the importance of taking care of yourself inside and out.
I am restructuring my diet and exercise routine. Gym classes three - four times per week; lots of water; lots of rest.
Don't sleep on me or you'll never get a good nights rest.

I am so happy that you joined the Six Months to Sexy Team. I actually started in January with my Spark Buddy but we decided to open in up as public. Every week I create another theme for us to work on. I usually find a bible verse, poem, special thought, or personal story around the theme. Please add, correct, change,etc.
