Hi, I am a 33 year old wife and mother of 5 beautiful girls. I haven't really ever had a weight problem until the last 7 years..when I had 4 babies in 4 years. My oldest girl is going to 14 soon and my second child is 7 so I had lots of time to lose weight between them, but then...My 2nd daughter was born May 3, 2005, then I had my next on May 24th, 2006, then the 4th was born on Dec 4th, 2007, and my last was born on Dec 27th, 2008. So I kept about 10 lbs for each of them. Then with breastfeeding, then working 12 hr nights as a nurse then home to take care of the babies, I just didn't have the energy to even try to lose weight. But my youngest is now 4, and I have decided to be a stay at home mom, (as of March/2013 I have decided to go back to work part time) so I have some time to look after myself. I started my weight loss journey on April 26th, 2012 weighing 163 lbs. At only 5'3 that is really quite heavy. I've had some great progress, through mainly calorie counting and some light exercise thrown in. As of June 7, 2012 I am down to 149.8 lbs and can't wait to reach my goal of 122 lbs. I have not down much sine August of 2012, I haven't even weighed myself..actually don't even have a scale as of right now. I am out to get one today and see where I am.

My Goals:
Hi my goal is to get to 122- 125 lbs. I think I'll know more when I get there about how I feel. I would like to lose about 1.5 lbs per week, until I reach my goal.
My Program:
I am counting calories and lightly exercising for now. ie. dancing with my kids in my living room.
Personal Information:
I am from Atlantic Canada. I currently live in a beautiful village that sits right on The Bay of Fundy called St. Martins, New Brunswick. I look out my front window and can watch the ocean all day long. It's so quiet here, it does get a little busy during the tourist season, which we are coming into now, but for the most part it is a relaxing place to live.
Other Information:
I love to read. My favorite books are murder, and medical mysteries, who dunnit type books.
