Thanks everyone for the welcome!! My biggest goal at this point is my "Dr. Pepper" addiction. I am a "vampire nurse" working as a house supervisor in our hospital. The soda fountain is just doors down from my office and I am used to sipping all night on that wonderful, no other drink beats it, can't live without it, my dental hygienist is going to fire me because of it, sugar and caffeine mixture. I am talking the "real stuff" not even the diet (yuk). See, I can't even talk about it - I need a 12 step program!!!! Anyways, I will be taking my new favorite pink and white thermos full of yummy green tea peach mango crystal light tonight, and warn the staff that it might get ugly for awhile going through the withdrawals!! I will keep writing it down and reading all of the encouragement I can get!! Thanks, Tara
