POST PREGNANCY MOTIVATION!!!!

I am going to lose the rest of my 2 3/4 stone pregnancy weight gain. I am 10 stone 10lbs - I want to hit 10.63/4 and lose the Christmas weight and get healthy!

Currently I have 1 stone
and 10 lbs to lose! :)

1st major milestone = 10 stone 6lbs!!!!!
*2nd milestone = 10 stone 2 lbs :0) Lowest since birth
3rd ...

Thank you, that's great to hear. I have stopped losing weight since I stopped the dancing at the gym, maybe I should do a bit around the house and work back up to the gym.

I even put on 7lbs without realising it over the winter. I have lost 1lb already signing in back on here - so here's to a new start! 6lbs to dance off and I will be feeling GREAT again!

Hello thank you for commenting on my photo. I honestly didn't follow any diet I just try to avoid fatty food and drink a lot of water. As for exercising I always try to stay active. I love trying new things to keep my workouts fresh. I've done, ZUMBA, Kickboxing, yoga, Plyo. I do love strength training and dancing. So I'm always moving I'm constantly listening to music... dancing is my passion and a great way to burn calories. emoticon
