Hello thank you for commenting on my photo. I honestly didn't follow any diet I just try to avoid fatty food and drink a lot of water. As for exercising I always try to stay active. I love trying new things to keep my workouts fresh. I've done, ZUMBA, Kickboxing, yoga, Plyo. I do love strength training and dancing. So I'm always moving I'm constantly listening to music... dancing is my passion and a great way to burn calories.
