Being in the best shape of my life

I started here in January 2007. In the past 4 years I have gone from 168lbs down to my goal weight (140) and beyond. After getting to my goal I realized that I could stand to lose a few more pounds. The final 10 are much harder to come off though. It seems that 1 night out can set me back 2 weeks now yikes!

I have ran a half marathon and never felt more powerful then that day. I DID it all myself, I was strong, I was fit and it was all my body that got me there.

It was hard to get into a routine but once I did I realized how much I liked being fit. How getting out for a hike or a run puts me in a good mood. Even the family has noticed and they are a huge huge support allowing me to take that time everyday.

I am a Mom to 2 kids (9 and 41/2 years old )
