Luvin Myself For Being Loved!

I am 22 years old and obese. That is hard for me to say because my friends and family keep telling me that I don't look like I weigh 181 pounds. The simple fact is that I do and I feel it.

I have 3 very active little boys who would love to go to the park and play with Mom, but Mom is too tired half the time. The foods that I eat wipe out my energy and I find day to day functions difficult.

I have a very loving husband who has been taking care of my kids for me ...

I have a very loving husband who has been taking care of my kids for me because I have been too lazy to even change a diaper. I even have to convince myself just to get dressed every morning. I feel out of touch with myself and I am sick of it.

This is not me. I am a fun-loving outgoing person. I enjoy to play in the park with the kids and I love getting up in the morning. Now I am ready to take my life back once and for all. I want to be happy and healthy again and I am on my way. I have lost 18 pounds since I first started this and I have only gained back 1 since I gave up. That is my incentive to get going again.

Lose 10 pounds

Casrdio 20 mins/day, 5 days/week

Strength train 10 mins/day, 5 days/week

Drink more water and less Soda

Eat healthier

Learn to enjoy life again

My Program:
At least 8 cups water

Monitoring sodium, fat, calories, protein, and carbs

Drink at least 8 cups water per day

35 mins per day, 5 days a week exercise

Work toward small goals each week



Personal Information:
My name is Tara. I am happily married to the sweetest man in the world. We have 3 amazing little boys who drive me crazy on a daily basis. I go to school 4 hours a day Mon-Fri to get my certificate as a Medical Administrative Assistant.

Other Information:
I love to sing and play Cars with my kids. I enjoy reading Harlequin Romance books and just enjoy being me.

Hey girlfriend! emoticon the weekend is here. I'm in Colorado and we are suppose to get a snow storm Friday and Saturday. I guess it will give me time to make a menu and my goals for next week. How are things going with you? Just wanted to stop in and say hi!

Hello my Spark friend! Hope your week is going well for you. I saw a quote in a magazine and it struck me as something we can all think about on our journey.

" I'm so much more than a number on a scale" (Wynonna Judd)

Remember next time you step on the scale and it doesn't move the way you want it to, or maybe it doesn't move down, but up. Don't put all your focus on the numbers on the scale. There is so much more to your journey then the scale.
