Sounds like you know what your doing! =) Do you go to Planet Fitness, or somewhere else?!? I'm kinda on the same type schedule...I do a 60 minutes of cardio 6 days a week, and 35 minutes of ST 3 or 4 days a week; alot of my workouts right now are done at home, cause its hard for me to get to the gym around work, and my childrens schedules!! lol In the summer I go alot more, just because its more feasible! The whole carlorie intake thing has me all confused...so after lots of research and chatting with my brother, whom is an MD I've decided as of today to lower my range...hopefully it will kick my system back into high gear...cause I haven't lost a stinkin pound in over 3 weeks! GRRR!
