Let's Do This!

I am in PDX, that is Portland, OR, and I am bringing it! No more excuses. No more whining. No more procrastination.

The time to work out is NOW! No more over-preparation and under-exertion for me. Ain't nothin' to it but to do it!

My three main workouts are P90x, hiking/walking and aerobics. As I lose more weight I will be adding many more fitness activities including basketball and tennis. (Any Portland area tennis players are welcome to contact me!)

I've just started and hope you have had some success. I signed up several years ago and did nothing until Dec 24th 2012. I've been walking and progressively longer to increase my calories burned. It's easy to restart and nobody has any judgements because this is a life long endeavor that does not happen over night. emoticon
