My Goals:
I want to lose about 25 pounds by January 1st, 2012 (get to 220 lbs), then another 20 pounds within six months (200 lbs by April 1st, 2012) amd get down to 180 lbs (about 65 pounds overall) by September 30th, 2012.

My Program:
Dramatically cut my calories (from 3,000 - 5,000/day) to 1,400 - 1,800 calories/day.

Drink 8 cups of water/day.

No soda.

No deep-fried foods.

You can do it! I will be moving to Ohio next February or March, my hubby is from Wauseon. Anyways, hang in there and take one day at a time.

Welcome to Spark People!!

I'm also about 100 pounds over.....well 100+50 pounds over.....where I should be. I lost 25 pounds with Spark, then stopped doing it for who knows why and gained all of it plus 5 back. So here I am again.
