My Goals:
My goal is to tone up my abs (the part of my body that is hardest to keep toned) and keep my muscle definition everywhere else. Another goal of mine is to stay consistent with my workouts and try to motivate other people to be healthy and believe in themselves.

My Program:
I workout 5-6 days a week, 7 during the winter months when there isn't much going on. I love kickboxing and do that twice a week along with weight training 3 days a week, cardio 3-4 days a week (cardio includes HIIT workouts as well but that is only one or two days to take it easy on my body).
