Time to Be Healthier & Happier

I have struggled with my weight most of my life, and although it has always bothered me (a lot), I am even more concerned about being healthy. I do not need to be a size 4...I never will be...I would be very happy just to be average and healthy!

To quit smoking...classes start Aug 8th!

My Program:
~Eating breakfast
~Packing healthy lunch instead of eating out
~Drinking water
~No soda except the occasional diet
~Go to the gym 3-4 times a week

Good luck in your journey! I understand the need to live healthier and being there for my two kids is a big motivator. That and just having more energy! Keep on keepin' on!
