Tanya Loves Disney and wants to go there skinny!!!
Heya.... Ok... so a quick .... why am I here.... Because at 31 years and aging I am sick of being a "big girl". I want to look physically how I did before I had kids... I want to be able to look in the mirror and be proud of the image looking back at me. I want to be able to go to Disney and not always be the one behind the camera because I don't want pictures taken of me. I remember when I used to be excited to see how a pic of me tuned out... For moore about me and all that fun ...

My Goals:
My goal is to get as low as I can... at least 50 lbs less than I am now by the time we go to disneyworld next.... which is at the end of August... so I can at least look 1/2 way decent in a swimsuit and in shorts. My ultimate goal however is to get back to my pre-children size. When I was only 125 and thought I was fat.... Go figure! If I get there I will be happy... and hopefully won't stress about my weight as much as I did when I was there before as I know now that isn't such a bad weight.
My Program:
I am doing my best to eat my fruits and veggies and have taken "fried" potatos out of my diet... no more french fries, no more tater tots and no more non baked potato chips... For the Workout portion I will be doing my best to either go for a walk each day and/or go to the gym and work out for at least 30 minutes but hopefully for at least a full hour.
