My Goals:
My goals for the next few months are to get to the point where eating healthy is easy and isn't something I am constantly thinking about. I want to lose 50 pounds by July 2014 when my sister and I are competing in a Mud Hero race.

My Program:
Eating more fruits and veggies, eaing less processed foods, and poper portion sizes while staying in the 1600-1800 calorie range. Also exercising 4 times a week.
