I am so happy to hear that you back on the running track. Unfortunately, I put my running on hold during the winter months. I'm not much of a treadmill runner...I get bored easily. I am so excited that the warm weather will be here soon and I can start going to the park. Thanks for the compliments. Running a Half is not easy and I had moments of soreness, a black toenail and a crying fit (twice in the park...lol)! My training tips: start slow, stay consistent and don't beat yourself up. I recommend reading any books from Runner's World magazine (I read Running for Beginners). I wish you lots of luck on your training. Keep in touch (we can motivate one another).
