I am changing my page up a little bit....I originally started with Spark back in March 2009. But I fell off the wagon...I am back and even stronger and more determined. I am giving myself a more realistic weight loss goal and time frame. I know this time it will happen. I hope to meet other people on a better body and health journey as well. Feel free to add me as a Spark buddy. I will add more info to my page soon........I am motivated to get it together!!!!!!!

My Program:
I make sure that I drink atleast 8 glasses of water a day. Work out atleast 3 times a week, I am not aiming to work 6 days a week starting in April!!! I also make sure to stay at or under 1200 calories a day most of the time.

I love to read, and I am trying to get my Bachelors Degree and then a Masters. School is my life....But it will pay off!!!

    I am so happy to hear that you back on the running track. Unfortunately, I put my running on hold during the winter months. I'm not much of a treadmill runner...I get bored easily. I am so excited that the warm weather will be here soon and I can start going to the park. Thanks for the compliments. Running a Half is not easy and I had moments of soreness, a black toenail and a crying fit (twice in the park...lol)! My training tips: start slow, stay consistent and don't beat yourself up. I recommend reading any books from Runner's World magazine (I read Running for Beginners). I wish you lots of luck on your training. Keep in touch (we can motivate one another).
