I think this will be my fourth week here, and so far I have eaten a lot less than I would have normally.
I'm also exercising more than I have in months. So all good....Now the thing is to stay motivated and just keep on going...and wait for the weight loss!
Well done on your tracking. It does get easier.

Woooo Hooo Eva, Sparkpeople is so much fun... I am glad you decided to join us. I find that when I log my food I do so much better than when I do other things. You can either choose to see the spark food suggestions or to only put in whatever you eat. Hugs... Tina
