Wow it''''s been awhile since I was here!!! I''m Back and starting over in 2015! I originally started in Jan of 2012. Hitting my biggest at 170 that year I decided to lose it! And by July that year I had lost 35lbs!!! I then decided I didn''t need to continue logging everything, it was tedious, my family was not supportive, and I just was done with it. I promptly gained back 10lbs, then another 10, then lost 10, gained 10, lost 10, bouncing back and forth for the next 2 years. The last logged ...
Wow it''''s been awhile since I was here!!! I''m Back and starting over in 2015! I originally started in Jan of 2012. Hitting my biggest at 170 that year I decided to lose it! And by July that year I had lost 35lbs!!! I then decided I didn''t need to continue logging everything, it was tedious, my family was not supportive, and I just was done with it. I promptly gained back 10lbs, then another 10, then lost 10, gained 10, lost 10, bouncing back and forth for the next 2 years. The last logged weight I can find was July 2014 at 155lbs. 2014 was a high stress year for me, I wasn''t exercising I was binge eating and by January 2015 I had finally hit 170 again. All my hard work that first go round, gone! And to think I was only 15lbs from my goal weight too!!! This time we live near parks, gyms and paved roads AND sidewalks! We have a grass yard, a treadmill, punching bag, weights, a pull-up bar and exercise balls. We have dance games and exercise games. We have experience with eating healthy and exercising, there are farmers markets, and co-ops nearby and a grocery store within walking distance so we can get fresh produce everyday (crazy!) and to really help motivate us, we got UP bands!!! Granted it''s the older models but they have been AWESOME so far! I''ve already lost 9lbs since Jan 28th and it''s not even March yet! 5lbs right off the bat and a slower pound or two a week since. So here''s to my new start!
