Start Weight 240 - August 8th, 2014
Weight was 213 - October 20, 2014
Weight 209 - November 1st, 2014
Current Weight 205 - November 28th, 2014
Goal weight 202 - January 1st, 2015

Goal is to be 160 by September 18th, 2015. Started this Journey at 247.. got to 208 but went back up to 242 2 months ago.. now down to 213 in 2 months. I think I can get to 199 by Christmas with a lot of dedication and hard work! Here we go!

My Goals:
- To be 160ish pounds by September 2015

- To be a size 5-7 before my wedding

- To exercise daily between 15-45 minutes to start

- To stay positive through out this whole journey!

- Drink plenty of water!

My Program:
Drinking more water when I feel hungry to see if I am hungry or just thirsty, eat fruits & veggies, fish twice a week, included nuts in my diet, eliminated all drinks except for coffee, tea, water and flavour water, exercise daily for 30 minutes or more.

As of right now I am watching what I eat and getting good with the portion control haha that's my biggest issue. But I do take so Les Mills classes at the gym and on my own time walk/play active kinect games :D So hopefully this comes off even easier since I am doing fun, active things.

I am doing good! As far as for Xmas, I am hoping to at least be down 8-10lbs. This journey is too difficult! lol But I am definitely not giving up. and I am sure you can hit your goal for Christmas :)

I am from Hamilton area! So not too far. I wish we were closer-- could use a walking buddy. Great to connect with you! Still figuring it all out but I feel very motivated right now/fed up! Need to get back on track. You have done great so far!
