Current weight 220 as of January 12, 2014

Goal is to be 185 by May 24th (35 pounds) which is a bit less than 2 pounds a week.. which I think can be obtainable.
My goal in total is to be about 165-170 which I'll give myself until the end of summer 2014 to accomplish.

My Goals:
- To be 165ish pounds by November 2013

- To be a size 5-7 before my wedding

- To exercise daily between 1 hour and 1 hour and a half

- To stay positive through out this whole journey!

My Program:
Drinking more water when I feel hungry to see if I am hungry or just thirsty, eat fruits & veggies, fish twice a week, included nuts in my diet, eliminated all drinks except for coffee, tea, water and flavour water, exercise daily for 30 minutes or more.

Hey Tannerz! thanks for checking in on me. I've been crazy busy with work, but I haven't stopped. In fact I've gotten back into a routine with going to the gym which makes me very happy! 15 down, 40 to go!

Oh yeah! It is definitely doable!!

I was obese since the age of 10 - if I can change at 56 years old, anyone can change. Just don't expect it to happen overnight - and don't allow a plateau to extend more than a few weeks.

I will be here for the rest of my life - I am only a sparkmail or comment away - and I asked for help at the SP MessageBoards when needed.

My daughter is getting her tonsils and adenoids out tomorrow! They don't tell you when to get there till the day before ..seems crazy .. but that is how they do it!
