My Goals:
To get out and walk even when it hurts and to log those steps with walking friends, no matter how small it might seem. Reality is that baby steps will get me where I'm going, too! I'll even have time to chat with friends and smell the roses! LOL

To lose at the rate about about a pound a week until I reach my goal of the healthy weight of about 149 lbs.

To be always OK with taking baby steps toward my goals.

To pay as much attention to my spiritual and emotional health and healing as my physical health and healing in the process of this journey.

To not give up when it get hard.

To rely on friends for support.

My Program:
Find time to exercise.

Find time to log my food.

Find time to journal.

Find time to communicate with others on this journey.

OH TANNERSMOM... Please know that I am praying for you. This is going to be a HUGE year of change and with you in control of your weight loss! That is one thing you can control. Smile. Moving is hard. We did the same 3 years ago after 26 years in the home we raised our 4 kids in. I love it now!

Hi Chrys, I hope you're well. I miss you. School is going well. Just finished mid-terms, and will be on Spring Break in about 4 wks. I have already paid for the train tickets and reserved the hotel room for Sedona, Az. where I will be having the Past Life Regression and Life Between Lives session with Dr. Chanda Berlatsky, who was trained by Dr. Michael Newton. I am really looking forward to this. I would love to hear from you when you have a little time.

Hi, Chrys. I have to come clean to you - I have really fallen off the wagon. I look gross - my belly is back. I feel gross. I have gained more than a few pounds. I am really disappointed in myself.
