You should be going to the bathroom every 1-2 hours. When you go to the bathroom, it should be clear. You should never feel thirsty. Thirst is an indicator of dehydration. Drink cold water to burn more calories. Remember, your body is constantly trying to maintain a temperature of 98.6 degrees F. One calorie is burned in order to heat 1 gram of water 1 degree C. The colder the water, the more calories you burn.
