I am a mother, a wife and a young woman that was really stunned to hear the doctor say that I am 188 pounds with health issues. Its one thing to know that you need to lose weight, but for someone to tell you that you being overweight is affecting your health, WHAT A PUNCH. I have been on spark people years ago and around the block on Diet Street so many times that I know the neighborhood well and to no avail. After that doctors visit and just the feeling of sluggishness and weight related pain I knew then that a serious change is due, AND NOW. So here I am back and ready to fight for myself the GOOD FIGHT, I WANT TO WIN, I JUST HAVE TO.

My Goals:
1. Walk 100 miles monthly.
2. To lose at least 2 lbs weekly.
3. To be in a marathon
4. To go on a hike
5. To exercise daily, NO EXCUSES
6. To be at least 175 lbs by February 23, 2010.
7. To not be an emotional eater, but a smart eater
8. To not quit, even if I slip
9. To love myself enough to give ME the very best.


My Program:
Well, I started out with exercising 30 minutes cardio with 10 minute standing abs daily. Then I decided to boost things upto 4miles day Walk away the pounds, varying between abs/stretchy bands/weights. I have increased my water drinking 8-12 cups daily. Eat lots of vegetables and fruits and lean proteins.
