Tango & Yoga For Life!

I am a new Nani and feel even better than I did when my babies were little. I do yoga and love to dance latin dances like Salsa and Bachata and especially Argentine Tango. I've gotten away from all this the last year or so and put on 30 lbs! I was working afternoons 40 hours a week and recently went back to days - for good! Then I was in a car accident in March this year and got off track with exercise especially, since I was healing from my injuries, but also with my diet. Now I'm ready and ...

I've gotten away from all this the last year or so and put on 30 lbs! I was working afternoons 40 hours a week and recently went back to days - for good! Then I was in a car accident in March this year and got off track with exercise especially, since I was healing from my injuries, but also with my diet. Now I'm ready and gung ho to get back on track, with some modifications to my exercise program! I dont' eat dairy products. I also limit anything made with wheat, including pastas, white bread, pastries, etc. I feel my very best when I do yoga asana 6 days a week at least 1 hour, when I meditate, when I dance 2-3 times or more per week and when I stay away from dairy, wheat, refined sugars and most other sugars (except pure maple syrup), caffeine, alcohol and chocolate. I love being active as much as possible! I can't be as active as I was for the time being, but am getting my strength back and am carefully extending my limits.
