...getting up, dusting myself off and getting back at it. My main concern is the pain I feel and the bloating I experience if I eat the wrong things. Waking up in the middle of the night in pain is not what I call fun. I want to create a healthy way of eating that I can maintain for a lifetime.

My Goals:
Lose weight in 5lb segments so I don't give up.

Drink 1 glass of water first thing in the morning.

Eat 5 veggies a day.

I love to eat may it be emotional or just because I see it. I love food. Its hard but you just keep on plugging away . you will get there.. emoticon
