Living Healthy - A Daily Journey
Joining SP in January '09 was one of the most positive steps I have taken in continuing on my weight loss and healthy lifestyle journey. There is such a great support system here, and I've enjoyed participating on teams, being motivated and learning new ways to incorporate nutrition and exercise into my daily routine. Looking forward to continued success, staying motivated as well as motivating and encouraging others along their journey to a healthier lifestyle.

My Goals:
Live a healthy lifestyle by eating wisely and exercising on a regular basis. Cardio a minimum of 3-hrs/wk. Strength train 3x/wk. Stay within 1,450 cals/day.
My Program:
Eat 5-6 small meals a day. Increase protein and decrease carb intake.
