My Goals:
My ideal weight goal is 165 pounds.



My Program:
I will commit to working out at least 5 times a week, incorporating jogging. For Christmas my husband bought me The Firm. I plan to incorporate that into my exercise regime to help me firm up and get toned!

Personal Information:
I am originally from New Orleans, but I lived in Richmond, VA for a year and I now currently reside in the Houston area.

Other Information:
I love to do karaoke ( I think I can sing), read magazines, and go on hikes with my husband. I love photography and I would love to be a makeup artist to the stars. I really like watching Project Runway and America's Next Top Model.

Yay for weather in the 70's!! It' raining here this week but we had 3 weeks of great weather. I just hit the treadmill this morning. I think my greatest downfall is the weekends. I can get everything done during the week. And then blow it on the weekends. I am trying a little harder these days and I think in a couple weekends I will get the scale to move. 165 is my magic number too. But like you I will see what it's like when I get there. I usually eat between 1300-1500 calories a day. Usually 4 days on the low end and 3 days on the high.

Wow! You are sooooo close to your goal! You go girl!!!!!!! 165 is my goal too. But am only at 182 righ tnow. The 180's hate me. We have been fighting since December. LOL I am hoping February is my month to get to 179.
