Hi! I'm Laura. I'm a 20 year old female from the Netherlands. I'm currently using SparkPeople daily to reach my ideal weight and get stronger, fitter and healthier in the process. I need to lose about 17KG/37lbs in total, and I would like my bodyfat percentage to be 24% or lower -- i.e., in the healthy range.

Milestones:

March 9th -- lost 5KG (11lbs!)

But then I lost 2KG more, and then I gained most of it back over the course of April...

July 4th -- total loss of 10KG (22lbs)!
Sept 25th -- only 10lbs more to go! (Weight: 66.5KG // 147lbs, goal is around 137lbs.)

My Goals:
-Weigh around 61-62kg (i.e. lose 30lbs);

-Have 24% or under bodyfat;

-Feel healthier and more energetic.

My Program:
I''m doing two half-hour cardio, half-hour strength training workouts every week, and one 1hr cardio workout. I try to drink 10-14 glasses of water every day and eat 25-40g of fiber. Other than that I just try to stay within my calorie range as often as possible while eating mostly healthy foods and little unhealthy foods.

Personal Information:
I''m 20 years old, female, from the Netherlands. I work an administrative job 3 days a week and study Psychology the other 2. My hobbies include reading, drawing, surfing the ''net, watching TV series and, dare I say it? Lately working out has actually become somewhat of a hobby as well.

Other Information:
I try to read at least one book a month on average. This year''s list so far:
1. A Storm of Swords - GRR Martin;
2. Shaman''s Crossing - Robin Hobb;
3. The Half-blood Prince - JK Rowling;
4. The Redemption of Althalus - David Eddings;
5. Poes - Midas Dekkers (Dutch);
6-13. Pawn of Prophecy, Queen of Sorcery, Magician''s Gambit, Castle of Wizardry, Enchanter''s End Game, Guardians of the West, King of the Murgos, Demon Lord of Karanda - all David Eddings.

Yes, I like to read fantasy, and yes, I''ve been on a big Eddings kick lately. :P
