One last time!

I am at it again! Starting fresh, with a new outlook on life. It is time to get healthy. No more get thin quick schemes. I will be 40 in a little over a year and I need to get myself together! I would like to be a healthy weight on my 40th birthday. I have a long way to go, but I am certain I can do this!

My Goals:
Short Term Goal - Eat healthier. 8- 10 lbs per month in the beginning.

Long Term Goal - I would really like to be in a healthy weight range by my 40th birthday in 2015.


My Program:
I am setting small 5 lb goals. Every time I reach a 5 lb loss, I get a NON-Edible treat. A new ebook, a mani/pedi, makeup, whatever strikes my fancy at that time.

Thanks for the encouragement. I posted my loss wrong. It was actually a 0.2 pound gain. Hopefully, another apple day will kick me out of there. Let me know how your game night goes.

Hi Tana, thanks for the encouragement. It's been a battle but I think I finally got my footing. Cute son! So your trying HCG for the first time? I'm on my first round day 11 and I am so glad I started. My quack of a doctor actually told me when I began this to eat foods I normally would just in small amounts....WHATEVER I quickly learned that the protocol needs to be followed really closely! The first few days were tough but now I feel really good and the tips I've picked up here are great!

emoticon I know you will do great on the Protocol. Just read "Pounds and Inches" so you understand what Dr. Simeon has to say. MAMACLOK on YouTube has kept her weight off for over two years. Check out her before/after vlog.
