One last time!

I am at it again! Starting fresh, with a new outlook on life. It is time to get healthy. No more get thin quick schemes. I will be 40 in a little over a year and I need to get myself together! I would like to be a healthy weight on my 40th birthday. I have a long way to go, but I am certain I can do this!

My Goals:
Short Term Goal - Eat healthier. 8- 10 lbs per month in the beginning.

Long Term Goal - I would really like to be in a healthy weight range by my 40th birthday in 2015.


My Program:
I am setting small 5 lb goals. Every time I reach a 5 lb loss, I get a NON-Edible treat. A new ebook, a mani/pedi, makeup, whatever strikes my fancy at that time.

The apple days are a chore for me. I have to be feeling it. I almost did one today but ended up giving the mini-steak day another try. We'll see how it goes at tomorrow's weigh-in.

Awww . . . me? role model? awww shucks. Your body does catch up to what you've been doing. The more I do this, the more I understand. Keep on sticking to protocol. Even try one of the stall corrections. It's all just a matter of knowing your body and being patient with it. Hang in there. I am here for you.
