My main goal is to feel healthy and eat better foods.
Currently I do cardio and strength training 5 days a week (I bowl the other 2 days). I just recently got a membership at 24 hour fitness and I love it.
I have recently moved back to the DFW area for work. I love bowling and softball. I love going to sporting events, mostly Rangers and Mavs games, and the occasional Aggie game if I can get to College Station for a weekend.
