    I did a lot better yesterday. Tracked my food and came in within my calorie range. I didn't look too closely at micronutrients, but I'm sure they were all low. Once I get the hang of eating reasonable amounts, I'll work on eating more nutritious food. emoticon Until then, I think I should bust out the vitamin supplements!

    So, I sort of screwed up today. Didn't track, but I'm pretty sure I'm over my calories. Also didn't get out for any exercise. I did go to the farm stand and got some fresh veges so I can make some healthy meals this week. Assuming I can get off my butt and into the kitchen!

    What do you feel is a 'doable' place to start? I'm thinking just tracking all our food - I tend to do ok during the day, but forget at night, when I'm home by myself and prone to mindlessly noshing. emoticon

    Our accountability - share on each other's pages at the end of the day how we did.

    As we get good at that, we can start adding stuff - more focus on the balance of nutrition, exercise, stuff like that.
