I hope life is going well with you and wish you continued success in your efforts. One day, you will have to make it out to one of our meet-ups and meet the team. We are having a great time as we all train for the Half Sparkathon. 13.1 miles as a team (walking).
I know you can already do one, but it would be great to have you out there as motivation for others.
Tammy, welcome to the January Fitness Challenge. This is such a great way to start out the year and I am sure you will do fantastic. It is time to pump ourselves up for 2012 and prepare for all those races we may do - my first one is March 3rd in New Orleans and hopefully my knee will be ready soon to start training.
Tammy, welcome back to San Antonio and to the San Antonio SparkTeam. I am very excited to have another runner in the group, especially one as accomplished as you with 6 Half Marathons under your belt.
I am running my first one at the RnR here in SA on the 13th. I am then doing Vegas in December and the 3M Half in Austin in January.
There are at least two of us doing the Half in SA in 2 weeks so if you are planning on attending, we should sync up and at least introduce ourselves.
