Oh boy Christmas is really coming up fast. I am so thankful Jesus came into our world and did all of the miraculous things he did.

This week brings exercise and thinking of eating right. I didn't do to bad over Thanksgiving. I haven't gained. Hoping you are thinking good thoughts and moving for good circulation. Hug sandy
