1 - Live~It not Die-It!
2 - Walk at least 4 days/week before school/work
3 - Walk during break at work for 10-15 minutes once/day
4 - Go to an aqua fitness class twice a week at the Y
6 - Strength train at least 2 days per week
7 - Eat 5 small meals/day
8 - No snacking after dinner!

Other Information:

* Live~It not Die-It!

* Life is Fragile, Handle with Prayer

* I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me!
