Many goals past, many diets left behind, I have come to realize that until you make a commitment to yourself and stick to it, you will not achieve your goals.

With many failed goals behind me, I have learned to care about myself enough to make a change that will enhance my life. Food is my addiction. I have a handful of my favorite recipes that I decided to convert and make healthier. These are just as satisfying as before, but with a lot less fat and calories!

For me I knew my weakness and decided the only way to win this battle was to find another way to enjoy my favorite foods in a healthier way. This is working! There are some things I decided just weren't worth it. I tend to look at the nutritional information and decide if its worth it. Most times it isn't. There are so many healthy alternatives out there today!

My goal for myself is, no matter how I feel, to take one day at a time and don't look too far head. Making short term goals and rewarding myself when I achieve them, has been very motivating for me! I hope to inspire others to believe in yourself and don't ever give up on your goals!
