So many goals, one way to get them all done

Well usually I have someone walking in front of me to introduce me to others, but I guess I'll give it a go myself.

I'm Tammy, a stay at home mom to 2 wonderful girls, 9 and 10, who pretty much spend most of their days in school now. I've decided to sign up for this site again because I really need some support from others that have gone through or are going through losing weight in a healthy way.

I have quite a few small goals to meet along the way and in the end ...

My Goals:
I'm going to lose 30 lbs in the next 3 mths before getting on a plane to Jamaica.

I'm going to lose 50 lbs by July when I celebrate my 10yr wedding anniversary.

I'm going to lose 80 lbs by September when I turn the BIG 3-0.

I'm going to lose at least 100lbs, maybe more by tryouts in Nov for our Roller Derby team.

My Program:
So far I'm just watching what I eat, 3 meals a day with a few small snacks in there too. Min 10 glasses of water a day.

Next on the list is hitting the gym and getting into bed by 11 every night (maybe earlier)

Thx for commenting on my "Love My TRX" blog! If you get a chance to try the TRX in a class, that's great. I first was introduced to it in physical therapy, and continued it in a "wellness program" (sort of a step down from physical therapy but not as independant as a gym). My goal was to get back to home workouts, which I did at the beginning of this month, but I would very much have missed the TRX if Santa hadn't dropped one down our chimney. It's probably not hard to learn how to do on your own, but if I saw it in a gym I think I'd be a little intimidated to give it a try. It came with a pretty good dvd with demos, and there are demos on-line, but for me it helped having someone show me how and watching to be sure I got it right.

Oh I'm the same way, it's been around 4 or 5 yrs since I was last on sparkpeople. I was doing well also and fell off the wagon, I think I had ideas of how sparkpeople would empower me to lose weight and when it didn't happen like that I gave up on the website. This time if anything, it's an easy way for me to track my progress and read inspirational and informative posts/articles. I'll definitely be checking out your site :)

Welcome!!! Wow, you do not look old enough to be a mom;). Thanks for friending me. I'm was into SP for awhile and then fell out of practice and am attempting to pick myself up again. When I use it, I'm successful and then I get cocky and think that I can do it on my own...and faillllll...
