Tammy's Weight Loss Journey

I started losing weight in September and so far I've lost 35 pounds, but I still have a bunch to go.

As of today, I've lost 38 pounds. Yeah!!!!
Up to 40 pounds now!!! Now 41 pounds. Up to 42 pounds., up to 44 pounds; 45 pounds

I started to run in June.

Running 5 5K's this summer

7/14/12 5K - Fifth Annual Cross County Crusade 5K - 44.17 completed
8/11/12 5K - Twelfth Annual Roebling's 5K Run/Walk - 40.50 completed
9/8/12 ...
