Hey Y'all my name is Tammy and I live in Ohio. I am a SAHM of three kids and have been married to my wonderful husband for 10 years. I am getting back on track starting today. This is it I AM gonna do this. I NEED to do this..It is NOT oging to be easy and I know I am not going to WANT to do it some days but hopefully with some help from everyone in here I will make it through this..

hi tammy just wanted to stop in and say hi and hope things are going well for you and it s looks good on your scale thats forsure .... i lost 11 more pounds now im down to 341 im was so shocked and to think a few months ago this would happen i cant wait to get 299 at christmas i hope or close to it ... you take care your pal jean
